49:00 I just wanna add, that i do that, and you can do it to with bad habits you have, like pray 2 rakas of some prayer, like after making wudu, pray 2 rakas before praying you next prayer and be hard on yourself if u did a sin, and then Ibless will feel that he shouldn't whisper that sin into you cause you will end up praying.
