Lamont Jenkins He did a skit where he summoned five masked man played off as terrorists that beat up and choked the undertaker. 3 days later, the London bombing happen. News hit, which also gave wwe backlash and pressure from UPN and fans in WWE to get rid of the Hassan character. So they wrote him off in his last match with the Undertaker.

Jericho was a great heel, but Hassan was based on fragments of reality and he had real heat. Jericho can leave for four months and come back as a face. Hassan *couldn't* do that. That's how great of a heel he was.

This guy had a ton of great heat, great physique, good talker, and a unique angle on the "foreign" gimmick. If new fans want to understand how hot this guy was back then, just note how many ppl reminisce about this guy and what could have been. Probably him and The Franchise represent two of the biggest blunders WWE made over the years w/athletes that could have made them a ton of money.

He's a school principal which is a lot more stable job than a pro wrestler with benefits and probably more rewarding making a difference in kids lives so he didn't do too bad for himself and saved his body a lot of punishment.

THE HANNIBAL TV : thats superb...i completely agree with you...it feels sad to know that people don't acknowledge the fact that these wrestlers put their body through...they should be respected for going through such a painful journey in their career...in case of Hasan, he did realise the potential consequences of risking his body in the early phase...i am glad he chose another career...not saying wrestling is a hell of a career to pick, but one should be prepared to accept the physical, psychological aspect that it brings in their life...

My fondest memory of Muhammad Hassan was definitely at the 2005 Royal Rumble I was 13 and I was in attendance the boos were genuine , so loud I didn't even bother booing unlike JBL who nobody really cared for we all knew he was gonna win to drop it at wrestlemania anyways now that I look back at it if this man made his debut in 2017 w a PG version of the character I'd prefer him as WWE champion over jinder any day he's just that type of person I'd love to hate .

I remember back in the days even though I really hated this character, looking back at it now, he was probably one of the strongest heels ever. A true heel legend, one of a kind. It was mostly due to the arab/american gimmick but still, truly defining. He really should continue wrestling, most likely in AEW or at least change gimmick and return to WWE.

He was on his way to multiple title reigns and millions of dollars. He was the perfect heel. A heel you loved and was bad ass. Like a darth Vader type. But based in some form of reality. I loved the complex writing of his character. Because after a while you start thinking maybe we are too hard on this Muhammad guy, yeah he's different but we got to give him a chance, then he does that thing to undertaker with the masked men. OMG. Nuclear heat. It was amazing writing. I loved it. He was the only thing I loved in that era. I stopped watching when he left. Real story. Imagine Muhammad Hassan winning the WWE title in Saudi Arabia? That would be epic. That's complexity. Heel in the state's but hero in other places. Similar to the Hart foundation. Total heel in the state's but in Canada a mega face!!! It was awesome.
