Thank you so much....Everything worked perfectly . I just wanted to ask u one thing... For example how to make some fields mandatory and some fields optional.Eg: email,password are mandatory and photo is optional . Later on,if he decides to add a photo ,the pic should go get stored in firebase storage and we should get the URL of the pic ,under the user and password. Please sir!Please suggest me how I can do this...

i also had the same problem. it actually cannot read the old data you have entered b4 implement this search function. Try to create new data, and search for it, it will eventually show the new data that you created.

whether the way to upload images using Firestore is the same as using realtime?

uploading image refers to Firebase Storage so it doesn't depends on Realtime Database or Cloud Firestore
