Rishi Kapoor Sahab once mentioned that Rafi Sahab once told him that Dilip Kumar Sahab, Johnny Walker ji, Shammi Kapoor Sahab and on him(Rishi Ji) his(God Rafi Sahab) voice suits the best with equivalent justice done by the respective actors. @@ashiqueroomani2300 but he was honest enough to accept this since he was 70's chocolate boy image hero and had a view that Rafi Sahab the stalwart who has sung for legends like Dev Sahab, Dilip Sahab, Shammi Kapoor Sahab etc. who were of his father's age and since he was new and after Bobby, Shailendra Singh ji was his voice so he wanted Shailendra ji to sing for him and isme koi burai to nhi hain. May be he didn't knew about the calibre of Divine Legend Rafi Sahab but when his combination with him clicked in Laila Majnu there was no looking back and he always praised and credited Rafi Sahab for his success unlike other hypocrite actors jinke liye Rafi Sahab ne gaya par they never credited him but Rishi Sahab always credited Rafi Sahab and also in his biography he had talked in length about his association with Rafi Sahab. So before commenting anything bad about any legend and that too after he is not in this world anymore cannot be justified. So be careful before what u speak and about whom u speak.

And Bharat Bushanji, Devanandji, Rajendrakumarji , and Sunilduttji give more grace to Rafisaabs voice than wastes like Rishikapoor ,, Jhonny Walkerji Shammiji Dilipji is ofcourse great, here uncle added himself ,i think , in this elite list .. Every body fits to Rafijis voice since it is god's voice .. This story must be made by the megalomaniac himself, Rafisaab must not be even aware of this , ,,😀

Thank you for sharing this wonderful information. There are around 32 songs composed by great OP Nayyar and all are super duper hits. Rafi Sahab, Johny Walker ji and OP Nayyar Sahab were the best combination. However some other great composers like SD Burman ji, Ravi ji and Shankar Jaikishan ji scored good music for Johny Walker ji. Madan Mohan Ji's compositions for Johny Walker Sahab resembles OP Nayyar Sahab's style.
