Mohammed’s Indian Restaurant Lowestoft

I'm going there soon, haven't been since the 90s. It used to be over the bridge and follow London Rd South with Kirkley Cliff being the other one way? It looks like Lowestoft roads have changed a lot!

Anyone notice the fly trying to pinch a chip at 2mins 50seconds in ! Great review Andy . Deffo Aldi micro rice though . Especially for the price you paid

I feel sorry for you Andy it looked a bit underwhelming but if you don’t try you never know. I have just had them beer beef sausages on the barbecue from yesterday I could not taste the beer when cooked but they tasted really good plenty of char on them and my favourite fried onions 👍👍👍

Try the one on London Road South doesn't serve alcohol but you can bring your own or go to the coop next door his doesn't mind it's really good curry

Hi mate yeah I might have look on Saturday during the day, if you want a cracking Indian go to labone in oulton broad one of the best Indian restaurants I have had in my life, if you do ask for isshack and tell him fat Andy sent you absolutely amazing, check out my video from last year in my playlist restaurant & takeaway reviews, it was bank holiday beer and a curry I think 👍

The rice looked gash. I certainly won't be going. And too many flies are a massive issue. They need to get zappers and aircon 😅 thanks for the post, Andy. Loving you going to restaurants 👌

Andy maybe the blue bottles flies will add extra flavour to the curry But it did look a bit underwhelming India food is not well known for hot food. But good on spices and flavour

They might do 😂😂 I’m not extremely hot I normally have lamb Punjabi which is one of my favourites which does have a good spice kick too it but also being able to taste the different spices and flavours, it just lacked it but apart from that sort of ok 👍

Well, it all looked nice except for the nan, I don't like mine charred. Can't believe those prices though, I can get good quality Indian food here in London for less! Also, I've never heard of a Lamb Punjabi before - anyone know where I can get one in N/NW London? Cheers Andy.

I'm with you, need some spicy curry. I would have opted for Chicken Bhuna or Kadhi. The fly was to give you the affect of being in India. It's a NO for MO, for me. 😂😂😂😂

This is not an Indian restaurant. This is pakistani/Bangladesh cuisine. There is a big difference in cuisine. For a start an authentic Indian restaurant does not serve halal meat. Its good to know the difference.

Thanks but I am a big fan of Indian food, this place was was clean nothing wrong with it, it’s just the food lacked that nice flavours you get from Indian foods, but I will agree there is some dodgy establishments around the Uk

Here's a funny one andy.was ordering a lamb kebab from my local and was not bad but bit tough sometimes.so I went to order again and 2 weeks later it was mutton kebab no lamb.😬must have been done for false advertising 😂 flyers

That food didn't look too good to me and the flies would have put me off, I know they can't help it in summer but some fly zappers might have helped.
