Hi, At 08:30th minute of video , how the 2nd priority becomes the RuleGroupA when the another highest priority (0) RuleB1 is there . Please help

RuleA1, is inside RuleGroupA and has the highest priority inside RuleGroupA.So in terms of rules and groups the priorities are Rule1, RuleGroupA (Rule A1, Rule A2), RuleGroupB (Rule B1, Rule B3). If you at kzbin.info/www/bejne/qX3RiXuFoMaBis0 you'll see the same order on the bottom of the page.
