Sir ek doubt tha....when pawnor pledged his goods to Pawnee,. Pawnee will retain the goods....and when pawnor has makes an any default to payment of debt ,then Pawnee will ready to an auction with reasonable notice to pawnor.,,,,such time when Pawnee will be auctioned, pawnor has been come and pay him to such debt, if in case those money are theft or stolen any where,... after that case filing his name,,then who is liable for case sir???? Plz ans me...i can't understood these things

Agar Pawnee ko pata tha ki wo theft money hai toh Pawnee will be liable Or agar Pawnee act in good faith of recieving that money then he is not liable but pawnor will be liable Simple
