Sir has already uploaded the best explanation for this question......for getting kinetic energy of rocket. Firstly, use energy conservation to find "v" at a distance of h where rocket split takes place. Then split x and y components of "v" for rocket and satellite then use momentum conservation in x and y direction to v(x) and v(y) for rocket. Finally KE = 1/2m(v²x + v²y)

Sir the min vel can be equal to escape vel of 16M planet so that after escaping it enters the 1M plant can the min vel equal to escape vel of large planet.
