bro its because for 3D bodies, area vector is always taken outwards. so for the surface at x=2m, we take the area vector in the negative x direction and for the surface at x=4m, we take our area vector in the positive direction.

Good. I believe a correction is required at 53:00. The induced charges in the dielectric shield the free charges. In an air-filled capacitor, the force on each plate is q^2/(2 epsilon0 A), while in a dielectric-filled capacitor, it reduces to q^2/(2 epsilon0 K A), where q=CV is the free charge on the plate.
