Business impact is recommended but not necessary. There are projects which need to be done life projects for legal or on customer satisfaction which can be without direct business impact but if you look at this project indirectly patient experience will get more business.

Hai Mohit, I have two questions, why you 2t test ? Because it's only two means you compare. Secondly One way ANOVA is most appropriate when your Test of equal variance are not significant. In this case study , it's significant. Please suggest what's correct ? I am also in a learning platform,so correct me if I am wrong.
