Moreover we can generalize,for this type If you have an expression,(p€R) (ax²+bx+pa)^n=a_0+a_1x+...+a_2nx^2n Replacing x by p/x gives, p^n(ax²+bx+pa)^n=a_0x^2n+a1_2x^2n-1+...+a_2n(2^2n) =>P^n(a_0+a_1x+...+a_2n)=a_0x^2n+...a_2n(2^2n) Compare coefficient of x^k from both sides p^n(a_k)=a_2n-k(2^2n-k) a_(2n-k)/a_k=(p^n/2^(2n-k)) In this particular case p=2 So a_7/a_13=2¹⁰/2⁷=2³=8 *You can also see that its independent of b thats why sir's answer remained same.

MY APPROACH Replace X----2X , then take 2¹⁰ out of bracket the expression becomes>> 2¹⁰(4X²+3X+2)> ab ye jo expression hai ye bracket wala jo woh same hain agar hum x ko 1/x se replace kare toh ab coefficients jo honge X⁷ aur X¹³ woh interchange hojayega toh ab compare karke easily hojayga

after substitution we are using new equation and we never used coeff of x

​@@mandar_desai34 it won't affect bcoz even if you put 3√2x after manipulation by x=1/x the coefficient of x again will be 3√2...in general for any coefficient of x let § , in this symmetric expression coefficient of x will § after substituting x by 1/x ...hope you got the point ✌️

There is a mistake when when you x = sqrt(2).X. In that case, the middle term will be 3*(sqrt(X)). Rest of the solution is the same ...

Sir...can we derive the conclusion from this method ...that if there is expansion of some quadratic raised to some higher power and ...ratio of symmetric terms from starting and end is asked..then we can make coefficient of x^2 and constant same in quadratic expression and simply equate the symmetric coefficient.

Alternate method- Use y=x/root(2) to make the expression symmetric: It becomes (4y^2 + 3root(2)y+4)=sigma ( b y^r)=sigma (a x^r). Hence, a=b/root(2)^r Since the above expression is symmetric- b7=b13 Hence a7/a13=root(2)^6=8

Sir feedback after 3 days of pyq express Overall series is very good but some points can be improved -1. Sir agar jo video dekh liye use mark as complete ka option aa janaa chahiye ya phir dekhe huwe videos ko niche ho jana chahiye 2.sir remaining videos ya phir sare videos me questions solve krane ya discuss krane ke bad last 2 ya 4 sec tk us question ka full solution proper denge toh jyada better rhega ❤ 3. Sir max download file ko 8 se increase kr de bcoz sir wifi se download ho jayega phone me jyada data nhi chalta jaldi khatm ho jata hai kisi se internet leke bhi kr lenge sir but max download file km se km 50 ya 100 toh ho jane chahiye taki proper ek din me sare complete ho jaye ek chapter ka warna sir complete nhi ho pa rha data pack hi daily khatm ho ja rha

yes the b term is in the middle, so it always stays symmetric (it will change but it doesnt matter as long as its symmetric)

Sir i had an alternate quick solution to this, write the lhs in form of (x-a)(x-b) and observe that on finding a7 and a13 only difference is of the a and b rest of terms of binomial coefficient cancel out 2 min m aagya ans

Sir i did a similar method to you but i substituted y=2/x(as product of roots is 2 so the new quadratic will have the same roots) and then compared coefficents giving me the same answer
