Sir! Thanks for the novel & rare uploads. It is better known as Rajmah ( راجما). The dish developed after the red kidney bean was brought to the Indian subcontinent from Mexico. My grandmother (RIP) from Jammu & Kashmir cooked it so well that it became our family's favorite dish. Best regards.
