Moi invested in education, promoted african culture, invested in infrastructure and decentralised many government services. He was also a great environmentalist. I am old enough to have experienced all presidents including Mzee Kenyattas era. Kenya was a safe country during President Moi's era. There was less banditry and crime. He also promoted national cohesion . Everyone has their own experience.
