Moi was a great leader. During his time, Kenyans were Kenyans not tribes. The country had the best security. Moi invested in education, promoted african culture, invested in infrastructure and decentralised many government services. He was also a great environmentalist. Do don't be deceived that Moi was the worst. There was more fear in the political arena during Mzee Kenyattas era.

@@themercy234 He had some good attributes but he was a dictator. Period! When you are a leader and you're long gone and people are suffering, they forget all your shortcomings. Waliaula Justin Hopefully he was able to make peace with God. Some people are not able to, even if they know well in advance that they're dying. This can happen if God has given a person over to a reprobate mind. In that case, the Holy Spirit is no longer courting them hence they cannot repent. Romans 1:24-32. Presidents of all nations are typically with the god of this world who appoints them to their positions and blinds them to the knowledge of God. 2 Corinthians 4:4
