Moi was a great leader. During his time, Kenyans were Kenyans not tribes. The country had the best security. Moi invested in education, promoted african culture, invested in infrastructure and decentralised many government services. He was also a great environmentalist. I am old enough to have experienced all presidents including Mzee Kenyattas era. Kenya was a safe country during President Moi's era. There was less banditry and crime.
