●●●●●●●●●● Ingredients ●●●●●●●●●● 200g butter (buttercup) (pure butter is also allowed) 100g castor sugar. 8g ovalete 3 eggs A 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 tablespoon SUNQUICK ORANGE (optional only) 190g self raising flour 120-150g mixed dried fruit Hot water to soak the fruit (to taste) 1 to 2 tablespoons self raising flour (for mixing)
