My sister lives in Russia. She bought at the grocery store already precut and folded baking paper with spices on it. On the package says, "Every time moist chicken breast without oil or butter"
I tried to fry chicken without butter and it is fine if you need to cook without any butter or oil chicken breast. However, I like to add butter because of the butter flavor. Spices can be various, whatever you have on hand. I use every time different spices. On my website, I have different spices than in the video.

I do the same for fish. It cooks amazingly in under 10 minutes with no mess. And after that, I make a sauce on pan and mix it up with fish pieces

Yummy! Love fish with sauce! Fish I do too on baking paper, especially for salad. Also, I like to make fish in papilliot in oven. Baking paper it must have in my kitchen.

Thanks for sharing! I always have to use a lot of oil when frying protein foods in my stainless steel pan so they don't stick. Now i am glad i can use parchment paper when i fry eggs and meat with less oil and they are just as delicious!

I use paper only once and discard. The paper should have the temperature limit 420°F or higher. I suggest to use thin skillet, so we can able reduce temperature quickly if need it. I use this technique so often for easy cooking.
