Moist Pandan Cupcakes

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
3/4 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp pandan flavoring
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 18 to 20 minutes .
FROSTING
3/4 cup whippit ,whipping cream
4 tbsp cold milk
1 tbsp pandan flavoring
Yield: 15 cupcakes ,3oz
