@@corvonics6383it’s not lazy, if I’m remembering correctly there was a budget issue or something so they made the cutscenes still images which works just fine and I barely noticed when I played the game. And no, the story isn’t bad at all. It’s pretty basic and simple, same with all the games in the trilogy, which is a little disappointing because I thought Absolution had a great story, but it’s not bad at all. Not a masterpiece level of writing but if you can’t even sit through a 3 minute cutscene just explaining the very basic level story of what is going on in the game, why are you even playing the game? Charlie seemed just fine with the story but he has the attention span of a goldfish and some goober who’s probably never played the game in chat said the story was bad, so it gave him an excuse to skip the cutscenes.
