Beautiful!! I'm ready to cut my locs after 16 years and don't know where to begin with hair care and products, it's a different world now. I just stumbled on your videos and they have given me the courage to do the big chop! Thank you.
@nickydancy40873 жыл бұрын
I know u are/were not talking to me,but i wonder if I may ask u...when a person has locs is it necessary to do a big chop or can a person just comb them out over a period of time. After it's done, do a deep protein/moisturing treatment,and trim the ends or no. Thank u in advance for answering my question. I apologize bcuz i don't know the 1st thing about locs,the proper care nor the take dwn process.
@jackiebea13 жыл бұрын
@@nickydancy4087 Hi! I have heard of people combing out their locs, so I suppose that is an option, but I would not personally go that route. I actually can't because mine have been both palm rolled and interlocked over the many years, so there is no uniformity to them. But I'm looking forward to going all the way short and then taking a new natural hair adventure- the joy is in the journey sis! Be blessed.

Hi Ms. Kayy..First, your hair looks beautiful....I have tried Shea Moisture once I did a big chop and it just made my hair dry. I have 4C hair..been trying to find products that work for my dry 4C hair, kinky, coily, low porosity hair. I cannot use Coconut oil, scalp itches...any other products you think I should try?

Hey Nancy. I have 4c hair as well and have been natural just under a year. I really love Camille Rose Twisting butter and for extra moisture I use a mixture of Shea butter and extra virgin olive oil. My leave in is Kinky Curly Knot today. Hope that helps. Good luck!
