THANK GOD it's an April Fools joke. Do you have any idea what a nightmare it is to synchronize circuits with 1gt of additional delay? It makes the bulb useless at being a T flip-flop in anything more complicated than a simple button toggle. There are far better ways to obtain game-tick delays, and reverting the bulb is NOT it.
