Mojito Recipe | How To Make | BEST Large Batch Party Pitcher

A mojito is a refreshing cocktail that originated in Cuba and is now popular all over the world. It typically consists of five key ingredients: white rum, fresh lime juice, mint leaves, sugar, and soda water.
To make a mojito, fresh mint leaves are muddled in a glass with sugar and lime juice to release their essential oils and flavors. We make a mint simple syrup so there is no need for muddlling. (YaY) White rum is then added, along with ice cubes, and the mixture is topped off with soda water. The drink is typically garnished with a sprig of fresh mint and a slice of lime.
Mojitos are known for their sweet and tangy flavor, as well as their refreshing and minty aroma. They are often served over ice in a tall glass, and can be enjoyed as a cocktail or a mocktail by omitting the rum. Overall, mojitos are a popular choice for warm weather or summertime drinking due to their light and refreshing nature.
Mojito Pitcher Recipe:
1 cup of fresh squeezed lime juice
1 cup of simple syrup
1 to 2 cups of white rum
5 cups of club soda
limes and mint for garnish
Simple syrup recipe:
1 cup of water
1 cup of sugar
1/2 to 3/4 cup of fresh mint leaves
