I’ve seen a few ways of doing this. Essentially the key parts are making an O with your mouth and pushing out in a quick burst. There’s the coughing method here, the bottom jaw pushed up and forward quickly, the tongue at the top back of your mouth pushed forward and my way with the push coming from the lips themselves. They all have varied results and it’s like whistling or blowing bubblegum bubbles. Practice a bit.

I have this vape type thing that is purposely made for helping with sleep. It’s basically a melatonin vape. It has no harsh chemicals so it’s safe to a certain extent. And it creates a lot of smoke, so at night when I use it Im just trying to learn different tricks. This is the first one I’ve actually been able to do!! I can’t do it too much though because there is a dose limit per day. But it’s fun whilst it lasts!
