Shisha Bowl First Impression: Is It Worth the Hype?

In today’s video, we have «Side Fire» hookah bowl and for the first time on our channel we have a guest, David who’s the owner of the company Side Fire which based in California.
SideFire hookah bowl is made out of thick glass. It took many years to engineer this type of bowl in order to make it work. To be honest we were skeptical at first that it will delivery much smoke as we usually get from regular bowl but we were wrong.
It’s easy to pack, you don’t have to mix anything, just put the tobacco inside of the basket and put it in the chamber. The only thing you’ll need are charcoals. We started with 6 charcoals and waited for about 5 minutes for it to heat up. After it's heated up, you don’t have to remove charcoals, you keep them on the tray just farther from the glass wall.
It actually gives cleaner tobacco taste since they're no direct charcoals touching HMD. Easy to refill, just change the basket and a lot more information you’ll find in this vide

Theoretically its gonna be really tasty and longer session. The only disadvantage is you need tons of coals and tons of tobacco. Been thinking about how to make a hookah bowl with side coals for decades. Finally someone made it, hope there will be better innovation up ahead!

Actually, you don’t, as far as tobacco you can put as much as you like, no need to fill the basket. And for the coals, you will use them till they die, for 2 hours you need 6-7 only, ashes, soot and aluminum are history, and less CO into your lungs, as well as the flavor is pure, intensified and the ability to replace the basket at will, you can also add tobacco at anytime during the session. @@sidefirebowl6-7 coals for 2 hours is a lot though! Using a provost you can get 1.5 hours of smoke with 2 coals

The bowl is amazing you only feel thr real taste without the the taste of the charcoal it only needs 4 coals and it stays for 1 hour and a half without needing to change or flip the coals this bowl is the best trust me when u try it you will never change

This looks like a great concept, and i would love to give this a try. I can understand the 90 dollar price tag, but shipping at 23 dollars seems a bit excessive. Website has a promo spot on check out. Is there any promo code available?

no comparison unfortunately, this one stands alone because it is a different concept. the quasar still works by placing coals on top, fancy but no different than a traditional bowl. look for my videos this week, I will compare and highlight things you can do with side that can't be done with any bowl on the market today. thanks

It does, but not so much. Thats something they're going to work on in the future.

It looks interesting... but i feel it won't provide much extra benefits if you're using a HMD, and it looks like you'll burn through more coals at 5-6 per cycle vs 2-3

Hi, actually you won’t use more than a regular bowl over the course of the session, the type of charcoal used makes a difference, 26mm and 27mm is preferred, and only 4-5 , over 5 of them is when they are smaller. Also they last longer because they are burning at a slower rate than the typical on top of bowl. Go to our website for more details. Thanks

Price range of a normal bowl is between 10 to 30 euros. The tendency is to reduce the spending of tobacco, and you probably dipped about 25 gramms im there. Sure I can see the advantages, but for 90$, im out ..

True, we've seen bowls for $150. It just depeds on personal preferences I guess. This one has a lot of work done which calculates the price

Thank you for bringing up the price, what I will say is this, most people don’t know that this idea is not a copy of anyone, it’s original, patented and studied thoroughly. I spent many years perfecting it to this shape, form and materials, every aspect of it is by the millimeter, and the angles are perfectly aligned, without going into the time, effort and expenses, it’s underpriced, all others on the market are a copy of each other, relocating the holes or the shape does not change the fact that they are the same all the way around, heat from top-down, inhaling everything that is bad for your health, my website explains all that, and the benefits outweigh the cost.

@user-cq4sx2gv9o I really don't know what your target group may be. I'm placing this product near the E-HMDs. They look strange, can smoke so and so and take the charcoal out of the equation. Is the market ready for it? I can surely talk for eu. Like I said, the trend is saving tobacco and good looks.
