They need good hospitals and schools which can provide them better services at no or subsidized rates, job opportunities, security from hate crimes, better living conditions, better commute to work place , policies which favour the common man , transparency, inclusiveness , rights to food and employment and a fair share of the countries resource . Employment is an issue, o doubt. But does anyone care to check that all government employees - Central Government / State Governments / Defence Services / Central PSUs all put together have only 2 crore jobs. With the introduction of AI and ever evolving technology can employment be available for all? Impossible! The solution is perhaps promotion of entrepreneurship. But then rearranged the field by forming the I.N.D.I.A. They dropped the first catch there.
