This is just one rape case that too supreme court is dealing and its been going on like a movie show for the past 30 days .. think of the other rape cases dealing in lower courts of months and even for years .. law and order has become a joke specially dealing with such cases like rapes in India .. Shout out to doctors for standing their grounds. But think of those raped women who are poor or does not have prestigious jobs or designations or belongs to villages ,how this corrupt law and order deals with their cases .

Cji by taking suo motto action, he didn't pull up the West Bengal lawyer for the lapses, in fact, he as a CJI, doesn't address the real issue of " crime" & " protection" to the doctors, he doesn't ask Sibal, as to what steps the government taken for security on date for the doctors. He thinks the security of gun trotting jawans around him means security, what about the threats from goons. He forgot to remember the scene in the premises of the Court when Kanhaiya Kumar was assaulted by none other than the lawyers of Delhi !!

Instead of blaming the Supreme Court, the Central GOVERNMENT is also responsible for the present situation. Should not a recommendation gone from the Governor for dissolution of the Bengal government. For whom are they waiting? Dissolve the local government and suspend the present police force and have the investigation done fairly, including against the police officers. This is the solution for the present scenario. Supreme court ought to have refrained from poking its nose on the present subject and should have allowed the High court to do the job. Things are going disarray. All is not well with the argument of Mr. Sibal. He has failed as a responsible senior advocate.

Mamta Banerjee & her administration did mishandle the unfortunate incident/situation in the RG kar matter no any doubt about it. Now the Supreme Court of India is directly looking into their case, and the CISF is guarding their hospitals now and whatnot. If the doctors are still scared, tell them to STOP practising medicine and practise making PAKODAS as per advised the Orange lordship. Also tell then, India is not Bangladesh and Kolkata is not Dhaka ‼ They have already committed the Contempt of the Supreme Court of India, let them suffer the consequences of their stubbornness & shortsightedness !

Typically, when patient enters a hospital precinct, HE puts his life in the Capable HANDS of the attending doctor, RIGHT? The CT Scanner in the Multi-Speciality Center could have been busy, or beyond the means of the poor patient. DOCTORS are essentially LIFE- GIVERS, and patients, or carers are well aware of patients CASE-HISTORY. It is UNPROFESSIONAL to react emotionally by QUALIFIED DOCTORS , and. maybe the patient could have Died, even if had undergone a CT Scan? Yeah?

Since the doctors are horrified, every doctor should be given S.P.G. protection. All those who are scared have a deep problem with themselves. It can't be done BUT THE SUPREME COURT SHOULD REFRAIN FROM INTERFERING WITH SUCH MATTERS SUO MOTU IF EVER IT WERE TO SAVE ITS WRIT. The matters which have a predominant public nature must be left over for the public and the Governments to decide among themselves.
