6:23..... how come f-met form peptide bond with A.A2 leaving A.A1. As per my knowledge F-met should first form peptide bond with A.A1 and then A.A1 with A.A2 and so on.....

Ma'am how many ATP and GTP are used in this process? I know one amino acid requires 1 ATP for activation and 1GTP for attachment of mRna and trna complex. But where else is the GTP used? If we want to make a 50 AA long chain how many GTP are required?

mam.............. what will happen if another AUG codon is contained in the mRNA, other than at the starting??.......will it again be transferred to the site P, or it will be read in site A, as because now it is not the starting codon.............
