Can't see a modulator for FM from B on OSC A and it's just turned down. Is it inactive?

I had the same problem replicating the tone, despite recreating the patches exactly. What helped me get pretty close was assigning macro 1 to oscB warp and macro 2 to oscA warp (the first as aux source in the matrix; the latter by drag n drop) - then dial in the level of FM from there. The purpose of the blue indicator line on the warps in this case isn't to set the maximum LFO y value, it's to merely set the range of FM possible, which you can then fine tune via the macros by ear. (This is for the second bass btw)
