Thank you!!! Gawh - no one, or at least in my search, have done a deep dive review on this one! I grabbed one as soon as I was done watching your video!!

Wow. Someone at Moleskine has actually been paying attention to what people are using and saying in the community. Kudos on that. I definitely don't need any more notebooks though. (*repeats frantically* I don't need more notebooks. I don't need more notebooks. I don't need more notebooks).

Oh definitely. They’ve brought out “medium” size which is essentially B6 slim

@@RhomanysRealm Noooooo. Now THAT I need! B6 is my mood.

Pro tip: On Amazon US, search for this one as the “Moleskine Logbook.”

Ah! Thank you for that, I’ll add it to the description.

Are you talking about the DIYfish Life Mapping System at 6:22? I loved this system and may actually incorporate into my journal this year. Thanks for reminding me!
@RhomanysRealm4 жыл бұрын
YES! Thank you! It was DIYFish who came up with that.

I've been looking at getting in to BuJO for a few weeks now and was edging towards a Hobonichi (which do look fabulous but are crazy expensive). I don't need the monthly, or weekly sheets from BuJo as I do these digitally, so they would be wasted in a Hobonichi. The blank canvas of the Moleskine Bullet is perfect for me as it means nothing will be wasted. I had no idea this existed until just now. I've ordered one for myself using your affiliate link. Thanks for helping me make up my mind.

It’s a fairly recent addition to the internal line. Until recently they were only available in mainland Europe. I’m really loving mine, it’s perfect. Thank you for using my link 😀

Ooh you sold me on this one! It's hard to find dot grid sketch-paper journals!
@RhomanysRealm4 жыл бұрын
It is really nice. Not as thick as the actual sketchbook, more comparable to the Evernote. But for general journaling, it works great

@@RhomanysRealm I'm thinking of using this as a travel journal. What do you think of the texture of the pages? Do they have a little bit of tooth?

Nope, nothing. Completely smooth.

Oh man! I just pulled out my Moleskine expanded today because my life is crazy town.... And I have so many lists to keep track of right now. I just might have to look into this!

I think you’d like it. Although the Expanded certainly has the girth for crazy town!

Hi Rhomany, So I have a few questions.. excuse me if I get too wordy... 1) I bought my first fountain pen in decades last year - a red Lamy Aion. Is your pen ink a Lamy ink? I thought their pens only use their own ink? 2) I’m getting into pasteling drawing - just starting out after taking a course at a museum - cut short by lockdown here in Boston. Would you recommend this Moleskin book for just pasteling with my pastel pencils and/or chalk for drafts - walking or sitting outside outside instead of using up my nice pastel drawing pad?? (I did several drafts for a drawing I did for my Yorkshire based sister-in-law and used up so much paper) you DO any videos on pastelling I would love to watch those!
@RhomanysRealm4 жыл бұрын
You can buy ink converters for Lamy so you can put any ink in you want. As for pastels, I don’t use them and never have. The only person I know of who does is +unmaskart who is and incredibly good artist and always very helpful in answering questions. Hope that helps!

Definitely the most terrible Moleskine paper for fountain pens : almost all my FP tests gave bleedthrough, feathering, and the ink looks "patchy", LOL ^^ But it's ok, I'll stick with pencils, crayons and ballpoints with this notebook. Today won't be the day I will like paper from Moleskine (except their watercolor notebook, which I like a lot). But I love their bags and accessories :)
