I think Molly just isn't aware of the proportions of what her sister has been through. It's like Molly thinks that Kristina has clarity on her mind to respond to everything collapsing on her head at the same time.

So basically Molly knew that Kristina was thinking of keeping the baby and even though Alexis knew as well, she didn't confirm for Molly that she was right. And then Alexis asked Molly to placate Kristina even though Kristina's behavior was scaring Molly that Kristina might keep Molly's baby?
