So good. Improvisimg musicians who communicate so directly with the audience through their playing are the pinnacle of musicianship. MM is one of these. Sullivan Fortner among pianists, Julian Lage among guitarists, Nate Smith among drummers… This is inspired and inspiring playing!

This jam made me look up Route 66 maps - just so totally gave me images of a fast sports car, moving at the edge of unsafe speeds, going up into and then down the other side of mountains and ending at the sea.
