I love Molotov!!! They were huge in the 90s. I remember dancing to this song and the whole club yelling "Viva México, cabrones! when they sing that. The English translation you read is way too neutral and nice. They say "dame todo el power para que te demos en la madre"...that's not really give us the power to show you how it's supposed to be done; that's more like "give us the power so we can fuck you up now." maxcgm Nah, the song was played, it was the image of the cd that got everybody freaking out because it showed the legs of a schoolgirl with their underwear down in her legs. One of my schoolmates took it to school and showed it to us when we were choosing songs to perform at a kermés. We chose Tubthumping and the girl who danced the main part told the boy who brought it that he was gross. And there’s no way I would have known the song if it wasn’t for the radio because after that I was scared of being seen with the guys looking at the cd, yet I knew all the lyrics by the time of the party.

This song is about how the Mexican gobernment has "fucked up" our country with it's power hunger. A part says we used to be a great nation and now we live in poverty because the government doesn't cares for the people. Molotov se cuelga de la fama de personas famosas: habla de Echeverría, de Lopez Portillo, de Miguel de la Madrid, de Zedillo, de Fox, de Felipe Calderón, de Peña Nieto, de AMLO, del PRI, de Televisa, de artistas de televisión, de actrices, de otras bandas de Música (escuchen la canción de Lagunas Mentales), Molotov no aporta nada nuevo, es la misma basura reciclada de siempre. Molotov se parece al cantante Martín Ricca, que hizo una canción donde habla de Britney Spears, no, Molotov está peor, porque ellos han hecho muchísimas canciones donde le tiran m*erda a gente famosa: políticos, empresarios, artistas, otros músicos. Molotov tiene de revolucionario lo que yo tengo de militar espartano: NADA. A Molotov sólo le interesa crear morbo, ser noticia y lucrar con esto. Y aunque se enojen y me insulten esta es la verdad: Esta canción nueva (no olvidamos) está muy aburrida, suena así: tata tata tata tata... y se repite. Tienen más emociones los mensajes en altavoz de un centro comercial. He escuchado decenas de mejores canciones y rimas con los raperos que se juntan en parques públicos. No se mucho ingles así que lo escribiré en español. Esta canción critica muy duro la corrupción del gobierno cosa que fue muy osada en esa época, afortunadamente los integrantes de la banda eran lo suficientemente conocidos como para salir vivos de esa. Por supuesto el gobierno no se quedo de brazos cruzados y nunca permitieron que ese tema fuera transmitido en radio.
