Hi, they are both very good balls. I would go with the TF500 Excel. The Molten 4500 is normal an only Indoor ball. I use it for outdoor. But when you only play outdoor go 100% with the TF500 Excel 😀

If you are playing outdoor only go for BG3800, it's my favorite ball for outdoor due to its durability and grip.
