Great build vid, Robin! 🙂 I'll point people to this one if anyone has questions about the build. By the way, the spacer PCB is just a way to ensure mechanical support without the need for screws that go through the front panel. They would have to go right in between the text below the row of buttons, which would have been kind of ugly.

Thanks! Yeah nice, I figured as much - might be worth a few words in the manual :D

Excellent! Quirky Drum/Percussion Machines are my favorite. Have this one {already made version} on its way to me and I am very excited to have this wild Drum Machine in hand to make unique sounding Percussion/Drum Machine noises, glitches, clips bumps, zats and so on 😂. Thanks for sharing your experience of the build plus a bit of a play on the SCROOGE. Will you please give us a longer video on delving deeper into this Machine's sequencer and how to use it? Just a light version, doesn't have to be a deep "how to" video, more of a Molten Modular fun yet intelligent look at how one can utilise some of the parameters of Neutral Labs Scrooge.🎉

How are you loving Scrooge? I am sooo in love with Elmyra 2 and then got Scrooge straight away. I am now a Neural Labs simp. Make a video with those at the core and whatever else you want.

That slider mounting trick is gold. Procrastinating fixing my Befaco VC ADSR build where the slider body grounded out a pin below 😢

Was waiting to pick up the Elmyra 2 and the Scrooge hoping theyd go on sale. No sale and no Scrooge stock so i got the Elmyra and a Vostok Sena. Then the scrooge came back in stock so i ordered it too. Built the elmyra yesterday. Just finished the Sena. Scrooge arrives next week. Elmyra was very easy, for the price difference I absolutely recommend going diy. Hoping the Scrooge is the same.

Scrooge is not harder to build than Elmyra, I'd say they're about the same. Hope you'll have fun with both!

Hi Robin, Really need your advice please if you have a little minute to reply. On stage visuals! I want something like a projector. I have a MacBook Pro but I’ve read that these £100 projectors can’t even handle a small gig due to stage lighting. Is there a cheap work around that I can look into. Thanks so much for reading this. Love your content and know you’ve put on some cool gigs. I went to the first synth east and loved it

Do you think Gaz Williams would have some cool info cos his misses is into it I seem to recall. Maybe do a video about it if you have the time .. thanks again

Gaz would be a good person to ask - I've not thought about projectors and stuff for years so I won't know anything up to date. However, i've lit many events just experimenting with things, whatever i can get my hands on - try it and see - borrow a projector from someone and see what happens :D

It took 1 hour & 13 minutes on our side of the screen. How long did it take with all the solder time?

Last night: Stomach is settled, am comfortable with walls moving a bit, two hours in ..time for a witching-hour broadcast, the midnight mix. kzbin.infovLcJwQTbboc?feature=share I do not remember exactly, the contents of last night's mix, accidentally dosed myself with Psilocybin rather than Psilocin I can function with. Psilocybin usually requires, a time and place to trip comfortably. I think Psilocin mixes were a bit cleaner. Some Jimi n' Jazz, in this mix. kzbin.infoE3tqmwYfw1g?si=ZjkGYc-pBIvNYs5h Cat scratch remix included... kzbin.infom1ZtWzDmAmc?si=YocZetPT6_XB4yZx Dilla's unedited/ unfinished works, are now among some of his most celebrated. I also like to share the unedited recording of a mix, as proof I am not using AI. Humans make some mistakes but they also accentuate the more well-put-together segments of the mix. An alternative, the bluish preparation on the left, makes the walls melt, is relaxing and more digestible than LSD (better than most blotter LSD I tried). The acidified preparation on the right (lemon juice), sobers my mind and is a better quality of stimulant than amphetamine, no heart palpitations nor lack of sleep to recover from ..I feel strong while walking and wake feeling great, as with cannabis. The blue liquid lingers in the brain's biochemistry, being metabolised for two or three weeks, after a 6 to 12 hour trip. Not what I want, most of the time ..I like the milder natural stimulant version best, still much stronger/ effective than coffee. It is also more difficult, for the bad guys to put Fentanyl in fungi. I keep a hot sauce bottle in my pocket (like a mickey), a sip every two or three hours, to stay alert and energetic. That was handy, while foraging active Canadian species of mushrooms in nature and preparing outdoor beds/ patches. The mushrooms no longer smell like dirty feet, dehydrators are considered necessary equipment. I do not have one but am the only person, checking for Spruce Bud Worms, by breaking fungi into smaller pieces (myco community slow to accept important information). Their metabolisms bio-synthesize nerve-toxins, from Tryptamine-producing fungi. I had the Wood Lover's Paralysis experience in Ottawa, I was the one given the Amanita cap ..I figured the crunchy bits would only be more protein, a whole night of convulsions and hypothermia ensued. In my trip, it was soooo cold, I felt like I was flying over the North Atlantic ..so cold. AAaaah cr*p, I did it to myself again, another learning experience. I drank some of the mycelium, along with the liquid at the bottom, that make the experience somewhat difficult, compared to the clear liquid above the very bottom. I was wondering, why are the walls starting to move again? ..DUH Dean! ..the blue Psilocybin polymer, has a higher molecular weight, than ONE of the two Psilocin monomers it is composed of. Confirmed, I prefer the liquid above the very bottom. The mycelium are not quite clones, they are inbred mycelium (bred with itself ..an IBL, inbred line). I do not feel so much like a caveman painting on walls, when having the best liquid/ mixture at the top. I can be functional and in public, using Psilocin ..Psilocybin requires a time and place to trip comfortably.
