The concept of putting bars on the inside of a house I just can't accept it. Bars should be placed on the outside of a house. Prison bars are placed on the inside.

I feel the same way too, but maybe on account of security this is why sone persons put bars inside, even here in Jamaica, some put the bars inside but I much prefer the. On the Outside.
