Plus I share with you my tips and tricks to keep your little one entertained so you get more time to practice yoga. So if you are a postnatal mom no matter how long ago you had your baby come and give this a go.

As an almost qualfied physiotherapist, I reccomend yoga to some of my paitents during my physio training. A lot come back and say it really helps alot. Also I'm stuck with stomach cramps, guessing it's trapped wind? Any tips?
