I just want to commend the officers on the stellar job they did in that second interrogation. I was impressed by how the male officer was mirroring the suspect's position to make him more comfortable. They both did a great job of getting the story out of him. This boy sounds like a sociopath. There is a book out right now written by a lady who is one. It's very fascinating and sounds like this boy.

This guy has, obviously, some issues. I am not sure how jail would help someone like him, because is just not right in his mind.

Why is it "I didn't know what to do" always, always really means, "I realized I f***** up and didn't know how to avoid the consequences." (They know they are supposed to call 911.)

My Grandfather and Uncles retired from the police force. So 40 or 50 years? My grandfather told me once, "If you're the victim of a crime the Police are your friends. If you're the suspect in a crime your lawyer is your friend don't ever forgot that and never engage in conversations with anyone who isn't your friend" lol

I know I’m the only person in here that doesn’t believe this kid is a monster. He’s showing empathy at the very beginning he’s in tears. He came out and told him self that tells me that there’s still some thing left inside of this kid that shows me he isn’t a complete sociopath and might be able to be Treated with intense therapist and maybe medication I don’t know but I think there’s still some ability for this kid to one day get out of prison in about 30 or 40 years and do better I don’t know
