Great Vlogging! Keep it up, nice background music too!! I also had the same issue, low haemo, very low vit d3, and huge migraine, i cudnt go without neurofren ...its all gone now...! Start eating dates instead of sweets! Really helps! eat spinach soup, get vitd3 shots and medicine. Low cholesterol need not be coz of fried food only, i reduced my coconut intake and switched to peanut chutney! Massive difference

Please take moringa it will rapidly reduce your iron deficiency. Vit D 3 deficiency is very prevalent now a days I too have very very low D 3. But the problem is low D 3 actually makes our bones very weak as calcium cannot be absorbed by our body. So take D 3 after consulting your doc.

As far Anaemia is concern, it's denotes a shortage of rich blood cells. The blood flowing in our veins & arteries is really living tissue. Since you mentioned you have iron deficiency, i suggest you eat food which has high iron content. That too on a daily basis. Then after 2 weeks check if there is any improvement in your body iron. Consume beetroot, carrot and pomegranate - either raw or in juice form.

Anju for Iron you must eat drumstick tree leaves ka sabji make it like you make methi sabji, it give good and fast results. I had same problem my mom gave me that sabji for almost 3 months, but results had started in a month only see if you can bring it from India and store it. ❤ prayers for Aunty.

ANJU, Pl do THALESSEMIA test done. Those who r thalessemia minor always have anaemic condition. Its hereditory , but to keep haemoglobin in level u hv to eat beetroot, carrot, juice palak regularly, bcoz thalessemia patients r not given iron supplements as iron supplements get stored in body..we 3 siblings hv same problems,from fathers side.so be careful
