Evelyn obviously wanted to be a Texan!! We live in north central Texas but I've been to San Antonio a few times. The Guadalupe river is beautiful. Glad you got to visit but sorry it was so short! Enjoy little Evelyn, so much fun to have a daughter now! God has blessed you!

Watching them swing off hill into lake reminds me of my childhood. I'm in my 60's. My uncle dam the creek up behind our houses and got an old fire hose and tied to tree on hill and we would jump out into the water. Brought back wonderful memories.

Ok 1) I can’t believe you traveled so far from home while pregnant but obviously you’re brave 2) I can’t believe you traveled to San Antonio in July heat…again brave 3) Caleb in Target with 11 boys also brave 4) 20 years ago I worked postpartum at Baptist in San Antonio. It was a tough working experience so I was brave! ( I’m hoping that you were somewhere else or they’ve made improvements) but y’all are all very brave!
