I’m originally from Georgia. I packed my children’s lunch and Hubby’s lunch. No such thing as getting tired of eating sandwiches. I would changed the bread, for example using sub bread/ hoagie bread. However, it was either thinly sliced mesquite turkey or honey ham . So, no worries my lady. My children are now 28, 26 and 21 and I would put the kool aid jammers into the lunchbox as well. Now, @ 51 I really miss those days. Keep up what your doing . By the way I love when you visited Harriet Tubman home. As an African American woman it’s important that history is not forgotten.

I grew up eating a melted cheese sandwich for lunch. I got pretty sick of it after 8 years but my mom put a lot of effort into packing my lunch and I’m thankful for that

Folding laundry is an easy chore that you could do with the kids! Line them all up each with their own basket in the living room. Have them fold their own stuff everyone together once a week. It would only take 15 min that way! For kids too young or ones not capable still make them try and if you get 9 folded baskets and you've got to redo 3-4 who cares lol. It's a good skill to learn: esp the 3 second t-shirt fold! KZbin that and everyone practice! Just an idea to spread the work around lol. Learning skills like cooking, washing, cleaning etc are so invaluable! Love your vids and family 💖💖💖

You should just use a garbage bowl for all your waste instead of wasting so many paper towels unnecessarily. Just grab a big bowl and use it for all the vegetable peels, packaging etc. I notice you waste a paper towel every time you cut up something

We eat sandwiches for any meal several times a week including snack time. Faves in our household include grilled cheese, peanut butter or Nutella on toast, or just jam with cream cheese. Usually strawberry or blueberry. Sandwiches are easy and filling do not require a lot of prep. We also use pan de Sal instead of sliced bread. Good stuff. Love from the Philippines 🇵🇭 💕

In Norway, we eat sandwiches 3 times per day, less if we eat cereal. (breakfast, lunch, before bedtime). We do not usually eat white bread (except for snacks) but instead eat more grainy (healthier) bread. Norway is a bread-country. We normally add savory toppings like cheese, sliced meat, egg, shrimp, fish, or liver patè, etc. But some like to add something sweet like jam, sliced banana, or Nutella-like toppings.

I'm in NH. I had sandwiches every day, and so did my kids. My daughter would only eat Pb&J for 3 years. One teacher asked if I would pack something different once in a while. Lol🤣 I could have, but then she wouldn't eat that day. Tried and true. Others have inspired me to say, my daughter is now 33, married, and with a son of her own, and she is a nurse. My adopted son is 23 (and is autistic) is a wonderful and kind-hearted young man and so very smart. Raising our children from our hearts, as you and your husband are, is what makes beautiful children become amazing adults. Nobody remembers how many sandwiches were served, but everyone sees the wonder of our children. 💘

I am from Germany and we have "Schnitten" (called different in every region haha) but it's basically toast/bread with stuff on it - just like urs.sweet, salty or just ketchup haha. I think the only difference is that sandwich bread is toasted most of the time, while "normal" bread is mainly eaten untoasted. :D But it's different from person to person, everyone likes it different. But a mom to 12 knows that best I guess. :D

Turkey, ham, bologna, tuna salad like James', PBJ. My Mom also liked BLT sandwiches without the bacon, she'd just put lettuce, tomato, and maybe mayo. I told her that's gross. 😂

Cleaning strawberries should be soaked in a bowl with vinegar for 5 minutes and ringed throughly that kills all pesticides hanging on

I need to know who these people are who didn’t grow up eating sandwiches?? 😂. I’m from the south and we definitely ate sandwiches for lunch every day.

Impressive. I’m not a fan of tuna so if my sandwich was cut after that one I wouldn’t be a happy camper, lol. Loved the simplicity of the chicken fajita it is definitely one I will try!

Believe it or not, there is an art to it. If you get it right you learn to wipe the tuna off on the bread as you cut it. Nothing transfers. 😀
