Hi Jenna, Groceries are so high. You are doing a great job. You budget carefully. You cook and not go out to eat often. All those meals for 6 people add up. My budget also has been stretched over.my limit. I have 2 very hungry men to feed in my house. We also have to budget including our dog who is on special food. Honestly my husband and I don’t budget groceries anymore, we just try to not buy excess and we eat through our freezer every few months. XD inflation and constant price changes make it really hard to keep a certain amount.

It is so hard to budget groceries right now 😭 we don’t eat out as much as we used to either but I gasp every time I go to the grocery store or do an order pickup at the prices. I need to get better at tracking what we spend, do you just track it in excel? Love the Hoka’s you picked out! I’ve never tried that brand, I have some new balance athletic shoes that I really like right now 😊 Zavier is getting so big, he wants to be running around so bad like his siblings haha you got this mama hang in there!

Don't be so hard on yourself about what you spend on groceries. With the price of groceries these days if you are going to cook at home you have to buy the groceries. You do great feeding a family of 6 for that amount. You are still spending way less than if you ate out. Love your videos.

Jenna can I give me a idea on what shoes would be great for plantar fasciitis feet

If you're looking for sports shoes I would recommend a Hoka, Brooks or high number New Balance (they go by numbers so anything 800 & up will be good). Regular everyday shoes I would check out Vionic, Dansko or Birkinstock as they have great arch support that will help with your plantar fascitis. Also have you done the frozen water bottle hack yet? If not, freeze one & roll it on the bottom of your foot to help with the pain.
