My children's dad was abusive so I left. I've been single ever since and would never move a man in. I never believed in shacking up.
@Isntshelovely036 ай бұрын
I was married 9 years to the first man I ever knew. I was raised Christian, very naive and thought that I’d cater to him like I saw my mom did for my dad. That was not enough. Nine years in and 2 kids, I had to run. Not only for my life, but the lives of our 2 kids. He said he was gonna f… me up because I finally got the courage to leave and he found out I was planning to escape. He wired the house. Thankfully, we got out safely. It’s been almost 6 years since leaving and since my escape, I’ve chosen to live for my kids. They have always been and continue to be my focus. I don’t trust anyone around my kids. It’s more than being celibate for me, it’s about safety and well being of my kids. What I’ve learned though is that, even though I had the best of intentions going into marriage, if the other person isn’t ready to accept kindness and love, then it was given to the wrong person. Over the years, I’ve come to realize that not too many are shown love growing up. Too many adults had to fight for survival from a very tender age. So when love and kindness is shown, they either don’t recognize it, are fearful of it because it makes them vulnerable, or they simply don’t know what to do with it. So when I speak to people, I don’t have unrealistic expectations or assume they are whole. Instead, I listen a lot more and take the time to get to know them. I also learn a lot about people through observation.

I remembered after my parents separated and mom had a new boyfriend and how horrible I felt, I was 5 and thought I was trapped. It was a horrible feeling. And I didn't want that for my boys. And to be honest, I felt more strong,, empowered, more secure and proud of myself for being on my own. You don't need a man in your life to make you feel whole. You are strong enough as you are. Men like your dad are rare now days. I’ve been in 3 live in relationships none ever harmed my kids but I never married any of them because the main issue with all of them was the cheating. I have been single for over 10 years I don’t want to deal with cheating and now all of these boyfriends and step dads harming children I don’t want a husband or boyfriend. I see so many murder suicides with husbands and wives that alone scares me.

Sense of care is rare commodity this days. What is good, is a latest baddies. Being a good citizen, is as boring as watching bowling. You live, and learn to grow. Lots of people don't see reason anymore, you wonder what they are going through. Ability has to improve by giving out helping hands, to reach out to those living in the wilderness. People are suffering by the acts, they're committing, like home invasion, deadly confrontation with police, misogynistic attitude. Child molestation. All these attributes react to the biological state of mind.
@CharlesOnikosi-ql5sb5 ай бұрын
@@sophiebean2023let the bible set you free. She should have brought the bible out to see his reaction, before it was too late. What type of culture is this? All alone isn't possible for a woman with children. Why is the father of these lovely teens, and children? Leaving a woman with five kids, is unbelievably, heartless. Unless she gave birth from multiple fathers. This country is becoming too dangerous for children to live in with healthy mind upbringing, or surviving kidnapping by mindless lunatics let off to commit crimes against children. Child insecurity is the worst crime affecting America nowadays, and might significantly increase the tension against those found to be perpetrators.

Were the children sexually molested, because lots of predators are let out to roam the streets looking for next victims. They would laugh at the judge presiding their cases, because it's easy to get state sponsorship to fund rehabilitation, and meet with like-minded perverts. The free porn, and hopelessness is to blame, because no one in the states would even feel like their families becoming a victim to these wild animals. Five children wasted, by a lunatic. How could a Christian woman be so naive, taking a stranger for face value, without being introduced by someone. American men committing all types of senseless criminal acts, it's to show that security, is lapsed for those single parents without community companions, or church group for lone parents.

How they treat their own family, and especially their mothers and fathers, take notes and go by your gut. It’s never wrong. 😔 If you need help with the bills or whatever, they can, without MOVING IN. When I was sixteen long ago, I met the most handsome young man, an ROTC cadet. He looked so good all dressed in his suit, very clean and well spoken. As we dated in high, thought I got to know him well, I asked if he could come to dinner. I was granted the privilege of male guest for the first time! The dinner seemed to go well. His conversation was great and family seemed to like him. Finally, it was time for him to leave. We said our goodbyes and I thought that was the end until I saw him on Monday at school. Suddenly, that same evening, a couple that we knew in the same complex knocked and was asking if we were okay. This dude had told him that my grandmother was his and that she was in a diabetic episode and needed to use their, trying to gain access into their home. Instead, they rushed down to see for themselves. Naturally that strange behavior was the end of our relationship. About a year later, I saw on the news that he had stalked and killed several women by slitting their throats. I was devastated to know that I had a killer in my family home who was actively looking for prey.

This situation has happened a lot. 2 times in my family. It seems like women are so desperate to have a man they just hook up with any man that comes along and moves these men into their homes with their children. The children are always the ones that suffer the most from moms bad decisions. In my family my 2 cousins moved in no good men and long story short, the young girls were all raped and strangled. The boys were beaten to beyond recognition and my cousin was killed of course. 1 girl survived her attack. She played dead until the boyfriend left. She almost bleed to death from her southern region because of the violent rape but was able to get to a phone and call for help. She is the reason why her attacker and murderer of her family was caught. She was the oldest at 11 years old. Lost her mom 2 younger brothers and a baby sister. The baby was also raped. She still alive today but still very traumatized by what happened to her and her family of course she will never get over this. She is very quiet and doesn't talk much. She stays to herself alone. She said this is how she likes it. She doesn't want to be around anybody except family. She also has a gun ready to defend herself if needed. You really don't know she is around until she walks by or something. My other cousins killer was caught because of her mother. She knew where the boyfriend lived. My cousin and 3 kids were killed. An 8 year old, 5 year old and a 1 year old gone because of moms choice to move in a man with her children. Both men are serving life sentences.
