Mom's Walking Rehab

Thanks to the weather and physio, my mom's been cooped up in the house for 10 days. So, today we took advantage of a gorgeous day and went for a little walk at Lake Aquitaine after her physio this morning. we didn't go very far but that sunshine was good medicine for both of us.

Trees and grass and you are grounding, being lifted and energised by nature. Your Mum is a champion and so are you. I lost my Mum in 2008 we went walking even while she battled chemo, she was a champion too. Some of the good cbd oils or topicals would ease the pain.
