Bahwai = “Bah ouai”. which is in French, an interjection + the word "Yes" to affirm something in an obvious way. We could simply translate this as "Obviously yea". Or "Of course" Concerning "Elowi", this word means "that which is not visible" in "mbo'", the language spoken in several regions of Cameroon (where Yamê's father comes from). this often refers to "God". The lyrics of the song are indeed a kind of ode to freedom but it’s more complex than that :) Thank you again for your great content, I love your family reactions and I hope I have clarified certain points. ❤️

Hello *loic1971,* When you copy the translation of another person, please mention your source. Thanks (giving a translation of quality needs search, time, and work). 😉 Please don't take my words badly (I've even given a thumb to your comment, hey! lol). It's just a question of respect, I think. Have a pleasant day, mate. ☮😎

Pourquoi tu lui fais ça ? 😂 Pourquoi pas " Le chasseur qui chasse sans son chien est bon chasseur."
@LetsChillPage7 ай бұрын
*jenchristelle,* Vous avez voulu être bonne joueuse en lui proposant l'option raccourcie. 😊 L'original étant *« Un chasseur sachant chasser doit savoir chasser sans son chien. »* L'exercice étant de prononcer la phrase assez rapidement plusieurs fois d'affilée. 😋😅 Ce sont des exercices d'articulation de phrases compliquées comme celle-ci, ou le très célèbre *« Les chaussettes de l'archiduchesse sont-elles sèches, archisèche ? »* qui sont utilisés dans les cours de théâtre, ou pour les personnes qui ont des difficultés à prononcer certaines lettres ou groupes de lettres tels que « ch », le « s » comme ici, mais également pour d'autres comme les « t » par exemple : *« Ton thé t'a-t-il ôté ta toux ? ». Il y en a beaucoup d'autres... 😊

@@LetsChillPage Avez vous perdu le sens de l'humour en chemin ? N'est-ce pas présomptueux et infantilisant d'assumer l'ignorance d'une personne qui ne partage pas votre avis ? 🙄
@LetsChillPage7 ай бұрын
@@jenchristelle Je pense que vous n'avez absolument pas saisi que ma première phrase était justement de l'humour, une petite boutade si vous préférez. Puisque vous reprochiez avec amusement à Andji de proposer un mot trop compliqué en le comparant à ce gimmick du chasseur et son chien. Je soulignais donc que vous aviez été plutôt sympa en réduisant la phrase originale. Ensuite, je ne faisais qu'expliquer pourquoi ces phrases souvent si compliquées à prononcer avaient été crées.
