Gemma with that kitten was so cute and she seems so gentle as well which is amazing for her age. My son wasn't so gentle with small animals, he didn't mean to be a little rough but we keep small animals away from him till he learnt to be soft with them. My daughter who is 3 is the same as Gemma, very gentle which is great. Haha Wren just straight chillin whie eating in her high chair with one leg up. Don't worry Darik every parent feels like that at times, it's normal. I think you will do an amazing job because you are a great dad. Super easy and pretty healthy thing I make is a cheesey vege bake. You just layer sliced potatoes, sweet potatoes and basically anything you can slice thin and that cooks nicely. In between the layers you add a little cream, grated cheese, garlic and broccoli florets. On top you add the rest of the cream and more grated cheese and cook for around 45-60mins. Something else that is super quick and easy is cauliflower or broccoli rice. You just put it in a pan with some oil or butter and fry till it starts to brown or is soft enough to eat and you can add all kindS of things. I made an egg fried rice using cauliflower rice the other night and my kids wanted more.

Derek you always do a great job with the kiddos! Enjoy your time with your girls. My son always makes turkey meatballs, with riced cauliflower and sauce. Put the meatballs in the sauce and season to taste and let simmer about 15 min. Remember you want cooked frozen ones. Then you can buy the microwave riced cauliflower prepare it and put your sauce and meatballs over your riced cauliflower. Then you have a great meal with all your food groups!! This is his go to meal to make when I am not home. If he can do it so can you.😊👊😊👊😊👊😊👊😊👊
