Tjimee please answer me this question. As a Herero woman who just gave birth , omuarikaze me knowing and experiencing myself. That you have to be in warm clothes and indoors at least 2- 3 months or less idk I don’t remember how long I was kept in warm clothes drinking ozopa 😂 But anyway my question is how are you already up and running doing normal things with newborn baby??? Cause I had to be warmed up and it took me a while to completely be back to normal with no head scarf or beanie
