Whole foods and Sprouts have really great healthy whole food snacks. Also i make my own snacks sometimes cuz I know whats in it. Like date balls, granola, kale chips, homemade air fried potato fries and yogurt bars. But you go momma. We all doing the best we can with what we have.

Whole Foods is my go to for snacks and meat. Lesser Evil Himalayan Gold popcorn is life and vegan. Siete tortilla chips with salsa or guacamole and pipcorn cheese balls

@@Ellarie Krogers, we buy specific ingredients for what we need for 2 meals and maybe a snack or two, no pop or juices, mostly veggies though because we aren’t big meat eaters. I fast for most of the day and only eat 1 meal right now, I’m trying to lose weight. I know you have a kiddo so that will be a lot more tricky for you. It takes a lot of self control on my part cause I’ll go in and buy everything 🤣🤣🤣

Whole Foods is ok, they some choices but some items still have high fructose in it. Just have to check ingredients. I worked there and one good snack were their sea salt pita chips.

You might want to do some research on L organic tampons. I was using them for about 6-7 years and found out last year about them lying about their tampons. Anyway, if you want non GMO food items you finna pay non GMO pricing lol.

Norrrrrrriiiiiiii (!!!) is getting so big. 🥰🥹 Also, when I was in ATL, all my money went to Whole Foods but IIRC, I know a couple stores, (other than Whole Foods) that was healthy and cheap. I don’t know if it’s by you or not but try Sprouts Farmers Market or Sevanada. They are just as good. (And not you saying you look like Halle Berry’s character in “Losing Isaiah” 😂😂)
