One thing I noticed in the last scene between Spencer and Alex....that's the first time they've said they love each other. They knew it, through and through, but they NEVER said it before they were being torn apart.

I think she's pregnant too, and her son will be the heir to Yellowstone. But I think both Alex and Spencer will die, leaving the child to be raised as Elizabeth and Jack's son. That's why they don't appear much in the family line and this could be the reason the ranch is saved by the money the child will inherit.

I wonder if Arthur and Alexandra is inspired by Arthur, Duke of Connaught & Strathearn. He married Princess Alexandra and his father is Prince Arthur, also Duke of Connaught & Strathearn, but he also holds the title Earl of Sussex, which is Arthur's title in the show. I notice this because they say that "a Prince in Succession has ordered your removal from the ship" and I look at the siblings of Edward VII and he is indeed his younger brother. Alexandra's identity is unknown in the show, however the real Alexandra is a Duchess on her own right and the Granddaughter of Edward VII through her mother and tried to elope with King George of Greece but failed and marry her Cousin-Uncle instead.

I love these series, but in regards to your last question, I think although it is really dramatic and has lots of maybe inaccurate or over the top violence, I think in the end the fact that the characters do fight for their family and against the evils of "modern society" is justified and a worthy topic

1923 I still want to see the rest of it I like it very much and I don't think anything's wrong with it because this is the family and that the family has been through hell and back and part of the culture of the the way things were 🌿

Have you watched 1883? It's the prequel to 1923 and Yellowstone. It's really good and gives you some insight as to why the family is so dedicated to the ranch. I loved both mini series. I'm waiting to finish 1923 before I get into Yellowstone . Loved your reaction ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love the series ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

New Sub; I like your reactions for sure you watch what I like. Think about placing series into Playlists. Your question about Yellowstone. Well I think the 1886 and 1924 series show the hard life at the time in the wild and that being said I think it molds how the Duttons are in the Yellowstone series. The family or the ranch itself has had to do things of questionable merrit or legality for sure but it puts things into perspective to survive. There has always been a person that for me stood out more than others in each of the shows. I agree it is very hard to wait for the next season.

It's funny how people who love these characters always need to add that these are actually anti-heroes because of the killing and stuff. I'm not saying that in reality it works the way it works in Yellowstone but I personally don't see wrong with it (most of the time). When presidents act this way, people accept it. Nobody was mad for the revenge after 9/11. And that wasn't merely defending the land, it was proactive killing afterwards. And people understood why it had to be done. Then it went in wrong direction but initially there was a justice in it. So when you think of Dutton as a "president" of his own land, what's the difference really? USA is just much bigger land. These shows repeatedly tell us that there is no such thing as right or wrong. There is just what's right for your family. You can agree or disagree but these shows made me think that it really depends on the context. I think the show believes in good and evil, but right and wrong question is different. Is Jacob Dutton evil? Definitely not. The banker? Pretty sure he is. Banner? More complicated than these two, he had a case but he got lured by evil during the season.

All violence has a purpose in this show. Example: What the gold miner endboss is doing is to show that he is so rich and so powerful that his boredom got to his violence and power must be present in his sexual fantasy. In addition, it perfectly shows how his prisoner becomes submissive and finally how she gives up her original self-image for a distorted self-image. What is sad is that such people have been and will be.

At the end of the day yellowstone is quality TV as is this not sure why your friend doesn't like it but I love seeing badass characters taking revenge on those who have wronged them I don't expect real life scenarios I expect entertainment if you've ever seen peaky blinders then you'll know that groups of people like gangs are territorial and protective of what's theirs just like the duttons are of their ranch. Not sure how someone can dislike yellowstone its a masterpiece of a show and there's no woke shit in it

I don't care if the violence is historically accurate, there is no good reason to watch it. Plus Harrison Ford has been living in Beverly Hills too long, he's not believable in this series. Thumbs way down on this series.

I think Harrison Ford lives in Wyoming and has a big impact there. I think he actually rescued injured people with his personal airplane.
