I wanna see every minute of those 250 hours of film.

Man, I would love to see the full Blonde Ambition tour concert in full 4K be made available to the public as a concert film. As a young boy growing up, I think that was the concert that changed everything. And getting to see the "true story" behind the concert with Truth or Dare, I think it made all of us fall even more in love with all of the dancers and it solidified Madonna as a true pop icon. I hope we all get to see it restored in 4K someday.

That was the most beautiful concert footage I have ever seen. Alek needs to put the whole show together. This is the most important concert in pop music history and it deserves to be preserved in it's entirety. That show was so groundbreaking artists are still trying to keep up with it today.

You are so correct. That was the first concert that was like theater, and every artist followed suit after. Groundbreaking.

My ticket to the second Toronto show was $35, but there was also my flight from Halifax at 18 years old. It's still the best concert experience of my life and I've seen most of the greats. Madonna IS brave and she still is ahead of her time and her creativity, vision, and ability to collaborate with so many different kinds of artists while maintaining both a narrative and a perspective that is authentically hers makes her an incredibly inspiring figure in pop culture.

I hope they one day soon release the original 3 hour cut of Truth or Dare on DVD re-release. That would be a dream and most everyone would love that. They could do a 2-disc DVD set where one disc on the 3 hour directors cut. The 2nd disc is the full Blonde Ambition concert remastered.

That 250 hour footage would comprise the new encyclopedia of entertainment for mankind.

I once saw a rough cut of this film. It's amazing. Had little scenes that differ from the final cut, but it's worth watching anyway.

For the past 32 years, after watching Truth or Dare dozens of times, I thought that dancer’s name was “Slam.” I can’t be the only one!?
@soin74 Жыл бұрын
They called him Slam indeed. He still uses that name for his workshops, I think. A friend of mine did two of them with him.
@Ylremik Жыл бұрын
I think Slam is his nickname, so you’re not mistaken.

is this is the screening that Madonna quietly attended? (I know she did not stay for the Q&A)
@mrbrownroyyal7 жыл бұрын
I enjoyed this video, but the moderator is not asking good questions. I feel more questions should have been directed at Jose and Slam because the documentary is more about them and Madonna indirectly...

Did he mean he wanted the film footage from Paris, France and not, Nice? Nice was shot on video and Paris (a whole show) was captured on film?

I thought the HBO broadcast was poorly shot and lit. I'm surprised a perfectionist such as her allowed it

I can't believe Alek is saying that the sound of the movie is Awesome! The sound is total shit for the concert part... There's so many sounds we doesn't even hear! Only the Bass is ok! The sound of the concert is better only in the Trailer of the movie Truth Or Dare!

truth or dare change everything for me...I went to see it, scare shitless to go and see something so gay ( 1993)...and I get out of the movie...and I knew... probably more because the dancers than Madonna...they were just few years older than me...and it was the first time they show young gay man having a blast, it seemed so fun being gay, different ( and I copy them a lot...God, I was an awful bitch for a longtime because I thought that was the way a gay man supposed to be...blame on my youth)

this documentary gave me the strength to feel proud and happy to be who I am. The first time I watched it I was 15 years old and I had this sensation of “being different is awesome”… next couple of months, for the first time, I started to love myself!! I was the most happy and proud person in the world, but ready to fight for what I believed in… this documentary changed my life! Thanks everyone for being so brave and thanks everyone who was involved in the making of this amazingly important documentary! Actually, I have to say that Madonna saved my life! ❤❤❤🫶🫶👏👏🙌🙌🙌💪💪💪🙌🙌👏👏👏
