Y'see? This is what I'm talking about, all the way to the basics ground. I type in the youtube and google search: How much cooking oil should I use in the frying pan. Yeah, I'm that bad. But when I choose to learn, the search doesn't help at all. There's this Gordon Ramsay about the different oils, this doctor about cooking oil. Gaaaaad! This is not answering my question. Thank God I found this. I do eat breast fillet chicken. This answers a lot of questions. Thank you very much for teaching me ❤️😃👏👏

Do you have any advice if I keep burning the chicken (on a good temperature)?. I am 16 and pretty inexperienced in cooking so I’m always not sure if a side is cooked enough or not. Thank you for the video!
@MOMables Жыл бұрын
this has happened to many of us so don't worry! There are several reasons but the top two are that 1. the pan is too hot (your heat source is too hot) and 2. the oil is too hot. Here is what to try next time: Heat your pan first, and then, when the pan is hot, add the oil. Shortly after, add the chicken. Cook the chicken in medium-high heat so the temperature is stable but not super hot. Here are two videos that might be helful: 1. How to tell if pan is hot (also explain heat temperature i just mentioned): kzbin.info/www/bejne/pau5Y4eVfJmNfNE and 2. How to pan fry chicken breasts: kzbin.info/www/bejne/l3OpmGqpa7SYarc where I explain when to flip the chicken and more. Keep on cooking my friend!

That recipe is being published soon! For now, here you go: Yield: 4-6 servings 1 1/2 pounds (680 g) ground beef 2 1/2 (12 g) tablespoons Arriba! Seasoning 12 crunchy corn taco shells, warmed 1 1/2 (180 g) cups shredded Cheddar cheese 1 1/2 (80 g) cups shredded iceberg lettuce Salsa, guacamole, and sour cream, for serving In a large skillet, cook meat with seasoning over medium heat, breaking up the chunks with a wooden spoon into small pieces as it cooks. Once cooked, drain off the fat. To serve, scoop beef inside each tortilla, top with cheese, lettuce, salsa, guacamole, and sour cream.
i made this with mashed potatoes and its p good i cant say fully tho cause i added some seasoning

Is there any difference if the chicken pieces have stayed in marinade for 4 hours before frying? I feel like then they get very soft and the marinade can easily burn, so they need less temperature.
@MOMables2 жыл бұрын
It really depends on the marinade you're using. Sweet marinades or those that contain sugar or honey in the ingredients will nearly always burn, regardless of the length of time it sits in the marinade or the type of pan used. Sweet marinades are great for bbq pits but not so great when it comes to cooking indoors in a pan. I'd love for you to try this quick marinade: www.laurafuentes.com/lemon-chicken-marinade/ and let me know what you think.
@momchilandonov2 жыл бұрын
@@MOMables Thanks for the suggestion. I tried a little different recipe and I've made the most tasty chicken ever! :) It was full of flavor. I used pepper, olive oil, lemon juice (no zest), 1.5% salt of the meat weight, light soy sauce, a little apple vinegar and basil. I didn't manage to burn any of the ingredients and didn't remove anything before cooking and it cooked quite well inside with just slight sear marks on top. This is the first time I used a zip bag for the marinade and it was great however I noticed that the chicken got more salty than the last time I used 1.5% salt, so the bag increase the efficiency of the last a lot. I also left it in the fridge for around 24 hours :D.
