Nice review, currently trying to pick between the two. I can get the drake for 100$ less but would love to see a comparison

Thanks! I will try and get a comparison done with enough time before season!

I say compare away on this and drake. Setting up / using in your back yard in shorts and flops/crocks/etc is WAY different than 20*, wind howling at 20 mph, in the dark, in waders and 47 layers of clothes, not to mention brush getting wet / frozen / muddy. That said Momarsh makes great "stuff". Like the motorcycle pegs "option". Good for using in AR flooded rice fields. This and the Invisi-Man and the 'pooch hide' / Invisi-Lab are all great products.

Oh I agree. I’ve used these chairs for three season now and have set up in those conditions without problem. I do still prefer this setup to fiddling with pins and such in freezing weather, with cold fingers or gloves on. I appreciate you watching and your feedback

That was a great review of the chair ! Very in depth and thought out. Plus not hearing wind whip on mics was good too. Drives me nuts and cant hear what they are saying.

Thanks Atomic! And these mics are amazing, they sound great and completely get rid of wind noise. They last like 15hrs too. Can’t beat em!

I'll keep my marsh stool and ghillie suit. Lighter, less cumbersome, def cheaper and i can move in a seconds notice.
@RockyTVOutdoors3 ай бұрын
I’ve considered trying ghillie before, have just been worried I’d constantly get tangled trekking through trees and vines, no issues there?
@davidthompson15293 ай бұрын
@@RockyTVOutdoors I have had no issues. I have literally walked right up on ground hogs and they stood up and checked me out, went right back to eating. I have straddled a downed tree and had 4 different deer in an hr and half time frame walk right past me at 6 feet. Literally had squirrels and birds sit on my lap on multiple occasions. It changed the way I hunt. Make sure you fill in area between head and shoulders to break up silloutte of your head. Oh, and while bowhunting you'll want to minimize ghillie string length on draw side of suit to avoid interference with bow string.

@@davidthompson1529 That sounds awesome, got me looking at ghillie suits now!
