Respected Sir, Sir, is it necessary to analyze Beam by M.D Method by Finding Shear Force values and drawing SF Diagram, Free end moment and Fixed end moment values and then draw its Diagram also Same for Frames

Yes you have to draw shear force and bending moment diagrams. But No need to draw free moment & end moment diagrams. You can draw bending moment diagram directly
